4/3 12 Hour Schedule. This means that you ONLY work 14 DAYS a Month but get paid for the entire month!!! This is a salary position!!

- 4 Day Schedule - Wednesday thru Saturday(3 days off!!)
- 3 Day Schedule - Thursday thru Saturday(4 days off!!)
- 700 PM to 700 AM
- This is NOT an on call position!!
Fleet Maintenance Shop Foreman/Supervisor Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of DOT fleet equipment such as Class 8 tractors and trailers as needed. This position doesn't work on equipment.
- Scheduling & coordinate regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Schedule & coordinate annual required DOT inspection for company owned equipment suchas Class 8 tractors and trailers
- Maintain inventory and orders spare parts as needed through PO system
- Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
- Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules
- Registering and licensing all vehicles in the fleet
- Assure the fleet complies with U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations
- This position is NOT an on call position!!

Shop Foreman Supervisor Requirements:
- College degree in a business or technical field or one to three years related experience in fleet management experience with Class 8 tractors and trailers preferred.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from agencies or members of the business community.
- Experience working in a union environment preferred.
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
