Transervice isseeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Parts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory of parts, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing support to our shop staff.
Key Responsibilities Parts Coordinator:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and supplies.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

Assist shop staff in locating and retrieving parts.

Process and manage parts orders, returns, and exchanges.

Ensure proper labeling and organization of parts storage areas.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as needed.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Parts CoordinatorRequirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a similar role or in inventory management is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and move heavy parts as required.
