Transervice Logistics has an opening for a relationship focused and customer driven Transportation Supervisor Entry Level!

The individual we select will start his/her career on the ground level, learning all aspects of the company, the products, and the services we provide. The candidate shall start their career as an entry level supervisor, working closely with the Transportation Manager, the drivers and the customer. This position shall learn the role of the supervisor and shall fill in for the manager when they are away from the job as a great opportunity to create a career in the logistics industry.

The main functions of a supervisor include but are not limited to answering phones, data entry, record keeping, customer communication, distributing reports on a daily basis, and coordinating driver schedules. As your capabilities grow by working with the Transportation Manager, you will develop to lead and manage a team of drivers and take hands-on accountability for daily operations.


You will work closely with all levels of the operation to fully execute the scope and requirements with a focus on identifying, designing, and developing continuous improvements in our service to the customer.
The position works on-site at a customer location and will work closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives and safety initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between the customer, drivers, and internal departments
• Develop relationships with drivers to ensure better performance and encourage retention
• Answer phones and data entry
• Creating and distributing reports
• Provides support for management personnel
• Must be willing to answer phones nights and weekends as needed
