Transervice is seeking anexperienced and knowledgeable Aerial Trainer for Diesel Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible todevelops and implements training program for each level of the contract techs. Each month the trainer will
provide a status update of each trainee to the Company transportation supervisors and the Operations Manger.
Key Responsibilities Aerial Trainer:

Provide on the job training in accordance with aerial training program to qualify techs to become ANSI
aerial inspectors and to perform di-electric testing
Provide new hire ANSI training with techs while completing PM's, completing inspection follow up and
aerial jobs
Communicate training status and new job competencies to Service Writer
Ensures all technicians are trained to ANSI standards for all inspection and assessment requirements
Train new technicians on inspection forms and instruct on out of service faults and conditions to monitor
and/or complete as deferred maintenance
Recommend changes to training process and program to improve quality
Work with Supervisor and Ops Manager on compliance/regulatory/procedural issues
Assist shops with completion of PM's requirements and consult/assist with complex aerial diagnosis. - coordinates with management staff to identify applicable licensure and accreditation regulations and standards; notifies management staff of changes in standards and conditions;
- establishes methods and procedures for problem identification, investigation and correction
- establishes QA and technical training library, designs specialized training; assists management staff in identifying training needs

Aerial Trainer for diesel mechanics Requirements:
-
Strong analytical, communication and human relation skills.
Courses and problem-solving techniques (i.e. Statistical Quality Control/Statistical Process Control).
3-5 years of Vehicle Fleet Management experience required with in-depth maintenance and shop operational
experience.
Technical accreditation/licensing may be required.
Superior writing skills and high-level proficiency in all PC skills including the use of Internet, word processing
and spreadsheet applications.
Identify technical training needs and arrange to provide and maintain records of
Annual training plan for contract
Train new hires for the technical aspect of orientation
Train techs on operation of new equipment/vehicles and new processes
