Schedules:
3rd Shift - Sun to Tue alternating every other Wednesday.
3rd Shift - Thu to Sat alternating every other Wednesday.

The primary responsibilities of the Dispatcher/Supervisor will be to lead, manage and develop relationships with CDL A drivers and increase overall driver satisfaction to improve safety and driver retention. This position will work closely with other departments to meet customer, driver, and company objectives and safety initiatives.
  • Will manage a staff of DOT CDL A drivers to ensure high delivery of customer service and fleet profitability
  • Responsible for daily planning of equipment and drivers while ensuring high utilization
  • Coordinating Assignment of loads and equipment
  • Assisting with driver compliance for safety and training
  • Complete daily activity reports
  • Managing appointment and equipment issues
  • Communicating with receivers at delivery locations as needed.
  • Provide support for management personnel

Pay Range: 45000.00-65000.00 per_year, General Benefits: Benefits

Dispatcher Requirements:
  • Previous DOT transportation dispatch experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience prioritizing projects
  • Possess customer servicerelated experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work under stressful situations
  • Must have strong MS Office experience
  • Must be willing to work nights and some weekends
